Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Wrong address / lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days at katie.authorsvisibility@gmail.com and we'll help you file a carrier claim.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.
