Refund policy

At hellcoldwearshop, we want you to love your sports bra. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear.

To start a return, email us at katie.authorsvisibility@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Email us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Final sale

Gift cards and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
